This is an introduction to a case study of molybdenum (Mo) processing. =============================== From a Φ25 cylinder with Φ2 and M3 screw holes, it is machined as a single piece up to the upper grid. The grid has a Φ16 hole with a diameter of 1.2, and the thickness is 0.3 ± 0.02. =============================== Parts that were originally separate can sometimes be proposed as a single integrated piece, considering the usage environment and cost. While machining rare metals can sometimes waste materials, there are often advantages such as <lower overall costs> and <not having to worry about joining methods>.
